There are two simple steps to getting your student signed up:

First: Read, fill out, and than mail the Registration form (click here to download). The form can be filled out in your PDF viewer.

Second: Call Molly at 360.513.0250 and set up an appointment to go over your student's needs (after registration form has been mailed).
